Effective September 29, 2026 · Book in 90 Days
This notice describes how Book in 90 Days uses information on bookin90d.com and in the Book in 90 Days Thinkific course. Contact us at hello@bookin90d.com with privacy requests or questions.
Information you choose to give us
Both free-guide forms collect first name and email for the guide and related follow-up emails. The separate Founding Author inquiry form collects email, optional name and book type, and whether you chose optional updates. We record submission and update times. If you buy the program on Thinkific, Thinkific collects account, enrollment, progress, order, and checkout information. We can see relevant enrollment and order details to deliver and support the course, but we do not ask you to send payment-card numbers to us. You may also choose to send a Book Blueprint or questions for the founder's review.
How we use it
We use your contact details to provide the guide you requested, respond to founding-interest requests, deliver and support a purchased course, send transactional messages such as access and receipts, provide review feedback, handle refund requests, and maintain necessary business records. Either free Blueprint signup starts a short book-writing email sequence, with an unsubscribe link in those emails. Optional updates from the inquiry form depend on its separate checkbox. Do not send confidential third-party manuscripts, unpublished private records, or sensitive personal data in public forms; private review instructions will be supplied to enrolled students.
Providers and communications
Website form submissions are stored in the site's database for the owner to manage. Both free-guide forms also send consenting subscribers to EmailOctopus for the guide and related emails; the Founding Author inquiry form is not automatically synced to that Blueprint list. Our Zoho Mail mailbox sends a one-time inquiry receipt and a private alert to the owner with the inquiry details, and handles individual replies; it does not add inquiries to the Blueprint email sequence. Thinkific hosts course accounts and materials, provides checkout and student notifications, and uses its payment providers to process payments. If you join the private Facebook group, Meta's separate service processes information according to its own policies. Website hosting, site analytics, and security infrastructure may process technical information such as browser, device, and request data. Our pages also load fonts from Google. Providers may process information in locations outside your state or country.
Cookies, analytics, and email choices
Site and course providers may use cookies or similar technology for sign-in, operation, security, and basic analytics. To stop promotional Blueprint emails, use the unsubscribe link; you will still receive necessary transaction or course-access messages after a purchase. You can contact hello@bookin90d.com to ask about an interest-form entry or change your email preferences.
Retention, security, and your requests
We keep information while it is needed to deliver a requested guide or program, maintain business and payment records, resolve a request, or comply with applicable obligations; we do not promise an exact deletion date for every provider. Access to site lead records is restricted to the site owner, and course access is controlled through Thinkific. No internet system can promise absolute security. You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements; you may also opt out of marketing email. We may need to verify the request before acting. Thinkific and other providers may have additional account controls and their own privacy notices.
Changes
We may update this notice as services change. The date at the top identifies the version on this page. For material changes affecting enrolled students, we will provide an appropriate notice. Questions: hello@bookin90d.com.
